I have a billing question
There tends to be some confusion around the billing process for our subscription-based iOS products. Below you will a few of the more frequently asked questions and their answers:
A: Upgrading is easy. Just go to the Black Swan registration page, enter the same information as before, and choose the Premium Subscription option. After subscribing via Google Wallet or PayPal, the next time you launch the application, it will run in Premium mode with access to all the extras. The Premium service payment ($6 per year) will be charged 7 days after your download. This allows you to try out the Premium version before you buy. You can cancel at anytime within those 7 days..which brings us to our next question.
A: We’re sorry to see you leave, but you’re always welcome back! In VoiceCentral Black Swan, there are two different payment methods: Google Wallet and Paypal. Payment for the premium subscription is ultimately controlled through either of these two systems. Should you choose to unsubscribe, the directions for doing so are outlined below.
Login to your Google Wallet account. Click the ‘Transactions” link on the left-hand menu, then find the original order associated to the Black Swan purchase (this order should have an amount of $0.00, and the date should be the oldest of the Riverturn, Inc. orders). Click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link. To cancel the order, confirm the pop-up window “Are you sure you want to cancel this subscription?” by selecting the ‘OK’ button.
Login to your PayPal account . Click “History” under the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. Locate the original Black Swan subscription (this order should have an amount of $0.00, and the date should be the oldest of the Riverturn, Inc. orders, and of Payment Status ‘Created’). Click ‘Details’, then click ‘Cancel’ in the upper left corner. Confirm the cancelation by clicking ‘Cancel Profile’.
