it looks like your database may have gotten corrupted somehow.  I suggest you follow instruction on deleting the database and trying again.  Follow the steps from #4 in the remove instructions on our FAQ.

another user reported the same issue yesterday, and the reinstall helped.  In your case, I recommend you close all safari windows (even the last window), until you get a blank screen.  This sort of restarts safari so it frees up all the resources.  Once you have done that, then follow the remove instructions from #4 (link above).
