Skipping direct dial call prompt box?

There is an app that I downloaded from the app store called Contact from TapFactory that's lets you set up a contact as a speed dial webclip on the homepage. This webclip somehow bypasses the call prompt and directly opens the phone app and dials the number. Is there a way to implement this feature in Black Swan?

If you are using the latest version of iOS and running VoiceCentral in standalone mode (not in Safari), then you do not need to confirm direct dialed calls. Is that what you're looking for or is it specifically to have a "speed dial icon?"
