Speed-dial icons on home screens

I would like to make calling frequent contacts as quick as tapping an icon on a home screen.

Could you add functionality to the Black Swan URL that would "auto-dial" a particular contact?

Being able to choose a contact's picture for an icon would be a bonus if possible.

We have a request for this in our system, so I added a +1 to it with a link to this thread. Thanks for the input.
