Connection to server time out error

Postby jjulius50 » Thu Mar 04, 2010 5:54 pm

Since yesterday, when connectng or refreshing, I'm getting a connection to server timed out error for SMS and voice mails. As a result, the SMS messages and voice mails are not showing. Any suggestions for resolving this?

Thank you

We published a fresh update on Friday. Did you see your app download it? If it downloaded correctly, you should see Version 1.0.0 on the Settings tab under About VoiceCentral.

Can you get it to connect if you go to the Settings tab, select Account Info, and tap Save to resubmit your login info?
