Well, I got lucky and found my example from a month or so ago. I wasn't attempting to recreate this issue at the time, so my conversation was... less than family-friendly  I've blocked out the majority of the text, save for a word or two so you can compare VoiceCentral to Google Voice

Sorry the screenshot is kind of ugly - just threw it together quickly. Click the image below for a full size

One thing I noticed - on this example, I received a message at exactly 12 AM - I think this was just coincidental. If I had received the message at 12:01 AM instead, I think the issue still would have occurred (though I don't have another example to prove that right now)

I have not forgotten about this issue, but I was overwhelmed by the problems with Google's new single sign-on feature. We've tracked down the cause, so expect a fix in the next release (not today's update).

This bug has made VoiceCentral useless for me for SMS. I've had to switch to the GV mobile site in the meantime. I hope a fix can be made soon. I have SMS threads stuck at the top that I can't view the full contents of and it is impossible to reply to SMS messages you can't read.

Try deleting it and reinstalling the app it worked for me. Just a suggestion for now.

If a conversation gets so "hosed" that you cannot read it, clearing the local database is an effective workaround: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=202

We do have a fix for this coming very soon. There were some issues that pushed this release back further than we'd have liked.

Unfortunately, I do a lot of texting around midnight so clearing my database each time is not a solution. Any estimate on when a fixed version will be pushed out? I really would like to switch back to the app but I have to stick to the GV mobile site until this is fixed.

We have a few remaining UI defects that must be fixed before this release can go out, and a resource has been committed to wrapping them up first thing next week.
