As an update for anyone following this thread, the problem seems to be caused by having an apostrophe in the contact's name. We should be able to reproduce this issue and get a fix into v1.2.0 coming early next week.

There are some reasons why you can't contact that number. Maybe the number you are using is not available to connect to the number you dialed. Because maybe you are so far from her/him. You can try to pass over the operator and then she will connect you the number you are trying to contact.
