To better communicate with our user community, we are creating this thread as a location to post announcements regarding scheduled maintenance as well as unexpected downtime. Google has scheduled the following maintenance windows for App Engine:
July 7th, 2010 - 5pm-6pm Pacific Time (July 8th, 0:00 GMT)
July 14th, 2010 - 5pm-6pm Pacific Time (July 15th, 0:00 GMT)
VoiceCentral and new registrations will be unavailable during those times.

It looks like there is a problem with App Engine at this time. We will update this thread when it's resolved.

Google has scheduled the following maintenance windows for App Engine:
September 13th, 2010 - 4pm-5pm Pacific Time (Sept. 13th, 23:00 UTC)
November 6th, 2010 - noon Pacific Time (November 6th, 2010, 19:00 UTC)
December 6th, 2010 - 4pm-5pm Pacific Time (Dec. 7th, 0:00 UTC)
VoiceCentral and new registrations will be unavailable during those times.
