Call credit is $0

Postby stuart » Thu Jun 03, 2010 8:16 pm

We just saw an incident come in where after update, the call credit is $0 (while it's correct on the google site).

We'll get a fix out as soon as we can.

This was fixed on the server side earlier today. If anyone continues to see a problem with it, please post here.

My call credit is incorrect - it's showing a previous balance and hasn't updated to the current balance.

Please force a refresh of the billing data using one of these 2 methods:

  1. On the Keypad tab, tap the Balance button.
  2. On the Settings tab, select Billing History and then tap the refresh/reload icon in the top right corner.

Let me know if the app shows the correct data after refreshing.

I haven't used my Google Voice long distance for the last two weeks - so the balance is correct from a June 1 call, then I made a call on June 14th - this one hasn't updated in VoiceCentral.

I'm going on the assumption that the correct calling credit shows on the desktop version of the Google Voice web site. Please confirm that for me.

Let's try clearing your local DB in case something is incorrect there. Launch VoiceCentral, go to Keypad, enter ##335*32#, and tap Call. It should ask you to restart and/or reenter your login details.

If that does not work, I'll need to get a log file from you.

Yes, it shows up correctly on the website.
I did as you said above, and now I'm showing a balance of 0.00
Let me know how to send the log file.
Thanks, Rick

To submit a log: First, launch VoiceCentral and refresh your billing history using one of the 2 approaches above so there is a fresh attempt in the log. Then go to the Settings tab, select About VoiceCentral at the top, choose Submit Log, enter 577 as the Incident ID, and tap Submit.
