can't find app on iphone

Postby bukzin » Wed Jun 02, 2010 11:17 pm

I guess I downloaded the app for iphone some time back.
The system will not let me get it again as I am already in the the customer list.

I tried with my phone browser but not luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

This generally happens when the phone has all of the home screens filled.

Can you locate VoiceCentral from the Search page on the iPhone (is that what you meant by phone browser)?

If you have room on your home screens, you can re-install it by pointing the iphone browser to

http://voicecentral.riverturn.com/install

Thanks Stuart,

More newbie problems...

I tried that link to sign up again, it said I already had an account and would not let
me download the app again.

Not sure what is meant by 'home screens filled'.

The browser I used to try and download it directly to my ATT locked iphone
was Opera. I'll try Safari and maybe that will work.

iphone search

I don't see a 'search function' on my iphone.

Is it in a sub-menu?

By "Home screens filled," he meant the pages you have on your iPhone showing the installed apps. Older versions of the iPhone OS limited you to 9 pages/screens of app icons, but I believe that limit was increased to 11 pages in a newer version.

Double tapping the Home button on your iPhone should show the Search option.

The installation link Stuart provided is meant to be accessed directly from your iPhone using Safari--not from a Mac or PC or by using any other browser.
