Can't listen to voicemails?

I have tried several times to listen to voicemails. First, I tried pressing the playbutton. It just grays out. Nothing happens. If I go to the details I can't play it either. I've never been able to play VM through this app.

Does it work from the google voice page on your iPhone?

Yes, it loads quicktime and plays the voicemail when I use the google web page on my phone.
