Changes:

  1. SMS character count better matches iOS 4
  2. Detect scheduled maintenance periods

Bug Fixes:

  1. Unable to log in with accounts using Google's single sign-on
  2. Failed sending of SMS can result in missing Send button
  3. Some international SMS messages fail to send
  4. SMS auto-refresh is not canceled by login failures
