Delete the VoiceCentral Database

VoiceCentral stores data in a local database on your device so the data can be accessed quickly even without an Internet/cellular connection. Sometimes that database becomes corrupted or may contain invalid data, so the best option is to delete the local database and allow VoiceCentral to recreate it. There are 2 ways to delete the local database.
Note: If the VoiceCentral web site is open in Safari, you may be unable to delete the local database. Please close the page within Safari before continuing with these instructions.
Delete the database using VoiceCentral
If you are able to launch VoiceCentral and log in, then you may be able to delete the local database using these steps:
Delete the database using the Settings app
If you are unable to log in using VoiceCentral or have removed the app from your device, then you will need to perform these steps to delete the local database:
We recommend relaunching the Settings app and following the same steps again to confirm that the database has been successfully removed. The next time you launch VoiceCentral, it will automatically recreate the database.

Delete the database using VoiceCentral
If you are able to launch VoiceCentral and log in, then you may be able to delete the local database using these steps:
- Launch VoiceCentral.
- Go to Keypad.
- Enter ##335*32#.
- Tap Call.
- After a short wait, you should receive a message stating that VoiceCentral will need to restart. Tap OK and reenter your account information.
Delete the database using the Settings app
If you are unable to log in using VoiceCentral or have removed the app from your device, then you will need to perform these steps to delete the local database:
- Launch the iPhone's Settings app.
- Choose Safari.
- Select Databases.
- Tap Edit.
- Delete the VoiceCentral database from the list.
- Tap Done.
We recommend relaunching the Settings app and following the same steps again to confirm that the database has been successfully removed. The next time you launch VoiceCentral, it will automatically recreate the database.
